The Company engaged Progressive I.R., founded by Kris Kottmeier, to develop and implement a public and investor relations program which includes communicating with analysts and other professionals and enhancing the Company's exposure to industry stakeholders and investors.

Progressive's engagement is for an initial term of three months commencing October 1, 2012 and terminate December 31, 2012. The period from October 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, Progressive will be paid a monthly fee of $5,000. At the end of this period, the agreement is renewable on a monthly basis, subject to termination by either party on a thirty days' notice. In addition, the Company shall grant Progressive incentive stock options to acquire up to 200,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.05 per share for a term of two years, subject to the provisions of the Company's stock option plan.
